Cabin 2 is a comfortable, right-sized retreat for a couple, part of the historic Ponderosa Pine and freshly set up for an easy stay. Everything you need is in one bright, tidy space, with the pines pressing right up to the windows so you always know you're in the mountains.

The room is anchored by a king bed dressed in soft, layered linens, with reading lamps, roomy closets, and a TV for winding down after a day out. A kitchenette runs along one wall with a microwave, sink, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker, everything you need for morning coffee, snacks, and a light meal without hunting for a restaurant. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and keeps a bit of the property's vintage character.

Because this is one half of a duplex, it's an easy pick for two travelers who want a simple, affordable Black Hills base. And when you're rolling with a bigger crew, Cabin 1 next door is the largest unit on site with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, so booking both gives everyone their own space under one roof.
