Some trips need a bigger house. This one has six bedrooms across three levels, two full kitchens, two game rooms, and a hot tub out back, sitting less than a mile from the Terry Peak lifts. Bring both families, the whole friend group, or three generations under one roof. Spend the day skiing at Terry peak 3/4 of a mile away, Side by siding on nearby trails, or exploring Deadwood. Then come back to a cabin where everyone has somewhere to land. it's the kind of place a memories are made.

Welcome to Oasis Cabin. Three levels, six bedrooms, and enough kitchens, bathrooms, and gathering spots that a big group never feels stacked on top of itself. Two families can share it and each still have their own floor. A crew of adults can spread across the game rooms without anyone stuck waiting for a turn.

Walk in on the main level and you're in the middle of it all: a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a TV in the living room, an open kitchen ready to feed a crowd, and a dining table with room for everyone at once. Just off it, an enclosed four-season porch is the sleeper favorite, quiet in the morning with coffee, quiet again at night when the mountain air turns cool. Two king rooms and a full bath share this floor, along with a laundry set so you're not hauling anything up and down stairs.

Upstairs is the grown-up hangout. Deal a hand at the poker table, put something on the TV, and settle in for the evening, with a couple of quiet spots to step away and look out at the hills. Two queen rooms and a full bath finish the level.

Downstairs runs almost like a second apartment. It has its own full kitchennette and dining area, its own living room and TV, and a game room with foosball. It's also where the cabin really flexes on sleeping: a queen bedroom, plus a game-room sleeping area with two futons and two bunks that can put up to ten more heads down on its own. A second laundry set and full bath mean this floor can run independently, which large groups love.

Out back, the hot tub is the reward. Six to eight people fit, and there's no better place to be after a day on the mountain or a night in Deadwood. A patio table sits nearby for meals or morning air, with pines and quiet in every direction.

The neighborhood & getting around
The cabin sits in the Terry Peak Ski Area, under a mile from the main lodge, so winter mornings you're on the lifts in minutes. Deadwood is 7 miles out for gaming, food, and history, and Sturgis is about 20 miles away, which makes this a strong base whether you're chasing powder or riding in for the rally. You're up high here, above 6,200 feet, deep in the northern Black Hills.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

Before you book

*You need 4-wheel drive in winter. The final three-quarter mile is unpaved, hard-packed road, and mountain weather doesn't mess around.
*No air conditioning. At this elevation the evenings cool off well on their own, but summer afternoons can warit, so book knowing that.
*The driveway holds 3 to 4 vehicles.
