We’re here for you from 7am to 10pm via call, text, or message. After 10pm, we switch to "emergency-only" mode — phone calls only, please. And yes, you might have to call twice... I'm a heavy sleeper. 😴📞

This home is located on a hillside in Lead, which means beautiful views — and a few stairs. Guests should be comfortable with some elevation and outdoor steps.
