Hall Bathroom – Traditional bathtub/shower combo, great for families
🍽 Fully Stocked Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a simple meal or prep snacks for a day out. Stainless steel appliances, full cookware set, and a drip coffee maker with filters provided.

Relax in the main living room with comfy seating, a large TV, and an electric fireplace. Big front windows bring in natural light and a view of the quiet street and mature tree out front.

The home was very nice, clean, and in a great location. The host was wonderful and very responsive. When we realized there was no coffee, they dropped some off right away, which we really appreciated. The bed was a bit firm for our preference, but it did not affect our overall experience.
It was a great place to stay. We came for the AA basketball tournament. The Monument was very easy to get to from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
I was familiar with the area from a previous trip, and agree it is a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The house was immaculately clean, which for me, is the biggest factor when looking for a place to stay. The living room was very comfortable to hang out, read and/or watch a movie. The single car garage was very helpful as 8” of snow dumped one night, and I was extremely grateful for the contracted sidewalk/driveway clearing service. I didn’t do any cooking, so can’t really speak to the kitchen being stocked or not, but the ice maker was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
