No big list of things to do before leaving. All we ask is that you respect the home and take the trash out when you go. We will take care of the rest!

Pet Friendly:
Must have approval first. $75 additional fee for pets and guests is required to clean up after the pet. No exotic animals.

Neighborhood:
This is a small community of homes and vacation houses. They are all small and quaint. Your neighbor on either side is a vacation rental. The street is gravel. It is a dead-end street. It is 1 block from a brewery and a restaurant.

Parking:
There is parking in front of the home. If you need trailer parking, there is overflow parking for larger trailers.

You will have access to the whole unit.

On the day of arrival you will receive a unique door code that will only work during your stay.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
