The driveway can accommodate 3–5 vehicles, depending on how they are parked, in front of the house and garage. Parking on the road is not allowed under any circumstances. The garage is full and not available for guest use. 

Before You Book
	•	No pets allowed
	•	Check house rules & easy checkout list: Just take out trash, do the dishes, and have a great time!
	•	Propane Grill Provided: Bring your supplies—propane provided but not refilled or cleaned between guests.

You will have access to the entire home, no shared spaces minus the owners closet. 

You will access the door through a smart lock with a unique code to your stay.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

The kitchen for example had essentials, like plastic bags and tin foil.  This is so helpful, as we only used 2' of tin foil during our stay and it would be annoying to have to go buy an entire roll for a small use case.  This is the way much of the house is and it was appreciated.  They go the extra mile, my kids were in the hot tub nearly every day, and when it got a bit cloudy, they came right out and took care of it.
