Internet was out for several of the days we were there. Finally got it fixed when able to reach JAckie instead of staff. There is not separate heating for the downstairs. If heat was turned up upstairs enough to make sleeping downstairs comfortable, those sleeping upstairs were uncomfortably hot. We were told there were electric blankets downstairs, but we could not find them. No other solution was offered. While the house was quite clean for the most part, the cleaners neglected to clean behind the night stands. I dropped something behind one night stand and when I moved it to retrieve the item, it was very dirty behind it. All in all we did enjoy our stay at Flatiron, but were inconvenienced quite a bit by the issues we had." (8/5)
