The bed is a Queen bed. The couch is also quite comfortable if needed for sleeping.

We provide Hulu and Disney subscriptions during your stay, free of charge.

A propane grill is provided for your enjoyment. While we supply a propane tank, please note we do not refill the tank or clean the grill between stays. You're welcome to use them during your visit, just bring any supplies you may need and enjoy!

This property is dog-friendly! If you plan to bring your dog, you must get pre-approval and pay the pet fee before check-in. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. City law requires dogs to be on a leash while outside your yard. Dog waste must be disposed of, and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. We cannot currently accept cats, birds, etc, at this property.

We have a strict no-smoking policy (no smoking inside OR outside) as I am asthmatic and can have episodes with even second-hand smoke.

We want you to know that there is no laundry on location, but the laundry mat is about 5 blocks away.

There are two homes at this address; this one is the smaller unit with the hot tub in the yard. Please park on the Ohio Street side. Parking is free with 24-hour street access.

Important note for showers: The water heater is a tiny-home water tank, so there's about 15 minutes of hot water at a time (it takes about 1 hr to fully reheat).

You will be emailed check-in instructions the morning of your visit, this will include your personal door code for the house's front door. Guests do not have access to the shed and storage chest as this is reserved for our cleaning team.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

We are located less than 1 mile from award winning Dough Trader Pizza, a few blocks from Spearfish Creek, a mile from Lookout Mt Hike, and half a mile from stunning Spearfish Canyon and the beautiful City Park.
