Cozy Stay in the Heart of Rapid City

A fun & cozy stay in the heart of Rapid City, SD. Walking distance from Downtown, the Monument (formerly known as the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center) and popular in-town hiking trails on M-Hill. Everything is curated to make you fall in love with the space, but comfortable enough to make you feel right at home! Responsive hosts who love to serve our guests!

Please note since this is a downstairs apartment, there is a potential for noise from the upstairs apartment. We ask that both apartments respect quiet time hours.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, Roku tv, bedside table, single corner chair and dresser.
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, Roku tv, bedside table, and dresser.

Living Room/Kitchen:
Large Roku TV with Hulu, Disney and ESPN access, 4 seater table and chairs, 2 couches, full size fridge, full size oven/stove top, microwave, Insta Pot, Blender, Electric Kettle, Keurig, Coffee Grinder, etc. Basic essentials for cooking.

Parking:
Parking is off of the alley on the concrete pad next to the gray shed. It is solely for your apartment

Check in/Check out:
Our check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am sharp unless approved by one of us in advance. We will send you your check-in info with the door code and parking directions the morning of your check-in.

Fun things to do at the property:
-You are close to everything downtown!
-10 minute walk from Main Street Square.
-Five-minute walk away from the Monument, formerly known as the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. There is usually an event going on: concerts, the Stock Show, Rodeo, Home Shows, etc. We recommend leaving your vehicle at the Airbnb and walking!

Amenities:
-Flat Screen TV
-Highspeed Wireless Internet. We currently have the 200 mbps service but Like all technology sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it's slow.

• HULU, Disney+, ESPN is available from your TVs at no additional charge!
  -Coffee and Creamer are provided for your enjoyment at no charge
  -Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash in the shower
  -Bath Towels, Hand Towels, and Washcloths per bedroom (extra set in the dresser)
  -Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Cleaning Products
  -Kitchen has set of dishes along with a Sauce Pan, Skillet, cutting board, and mixing bowls.

Property Rules:
-This property is dog-friendly! :) If you plan to bring your dog, pre-approval is required. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Dog waste must be disposed of and any damages or additional cleaning may incur additional fees. Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we do not accept cats at this property.
-No Smoking or Vaping of any substances inside the building or on the porch. If we find evidence of any kind of smoking or vaping there will be a minimum of $250 added to your stay to mediate any smell of smoke.
-Please respect neighbors by being quiet after 10 pm until 8 am.

Guests have access to whole basement apartment minus housekeeping closet.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
