Come stay at our adorable little 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This property is perfect for a stay in the World Famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally! Located 8 blocks from Main Street and a beautiful walk. Close to bike trails and ATV trails.

This is the upstairs apartment in a duplex, our long term tenant lives below with his two dogs. They are kind, quiet and not in the yard very often. The only shared space is the backyard. Your entrance is the main front entrance and your driveway is the one to the left of the home.

Yard:
The huge shared backyard of this home has a large flagstone fire pit/patio with a view of "Dead Man's Hill. The backyard is shared with the tenant who lives in the basement apartment with his two dogs. Wild turkeys have been known to frequent our backyard, and you can see cows and deer on the hill on occasion. Deer are frequently encountered in the neighborhood.

Guests will get a unique door code for an electronic door lock and enter through their private entrance at the front of the house. Your driveway is the one of the left in front of the home.

We’re available daily from 7 am to 10 pm by call, text, or message, whatever’s easiest for you! After 10 pm, we switch to emergency-only mode, and phone calls are the best way to reach us. Just a heads-up: I’m a deep sleeper, so if it’s urgent, you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
