Step inside using your unique, never-before-used door code and walk into a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture and furnishings are brand new as of October 2025. It’s spacious, comfortable, and set up for easy living.
Head upstairs when it’s time to unwind. You’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a full bathroom right at the top of the stairs. Each room has individually controlled electric heat so everyone can sleep exactly the way they like.

Sofa and comfortable seating for relaxing or streaming your favorite shows.
Dining Area:
Table with seating for four.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, cookware, utensils — everything you need.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, wall A/C, closet with hangers.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers.
You will have the entire space all to yourself and one dedicated parking space. There’s no space for a trailer at this rental, and the turn into the property is a bit tight.
We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

We arrived on a hot day. The only a/c was in an upstairs bedroom and the heat was on in every room. There were dirty towels left behind from a previous guest as well as bits of food left on the kitchen floor. The floors squeak very loud when you walk through the kitchen and the neighbors sounded like they were having a rodeo on the other side of the shared wall. The pillows were so flat it was like they weren’t even there. The rental is adjacent to a busy liquor store. Worst of all, the place is infested with ants and we continued to find ants in our luggage after our stay. Overall it was unclean and uncomfortable. They do have nice soaps in the shower and great water pressure with plenty of hot water and some very nice kitchen items (knives, pans, etc).
There is no air conditioning or fans in the second bedroom. A little bit hot.
We snagged this as a last minute stay and we weren’t disappointed. Great location made it super easy to get across town, to downtown or anywhere really. Clean clean clean. Decorated cute and great responsive host! Would love to stay again.
